LA Luxe Finds LLC is responsible for packages while in transit. In the event of loss or damage prior to confirmed delivery, we will initiate a claim with the carrier and assist in resolving the matter.

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the item transfers to the buyer. LA Luxe Finds LLC is not liable for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages after confirmed delivery.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We are not liable for delays, losses, or misdelivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
